Electroplating SYT Series

SYT series includes pre- and post-treatment chemicals for electroplating process, electroplating solution, electroplating additives and more than 30 other chemicals. They are mainly used in lead-free pure tin electroplating process for leadframes and wafer level packaging. It is suitable for rack plating line, barrel plating line and also high speed plating line.

SYT series have very high purity and low race metal impurity. It doesn’t cause tin whisker problem and also enables a stable reflow soldering process. This is a very mature process for Sinyang, easy maintenance, low running cost and environmental friendly. It fully fulfills ROHS, WEEE and Sony standards.
